Question On DVD order

I recieved a confirmation on my DVD order on Tuesday, But there was no email address or phone for customer service issues. Just wondering where the appropriate place is for questions regarding the order. I also noticed some people have asked about some kind of create your own bundle package, If this is available to premium members I am definately interested. Thank-you.
