Due to the overwhelming positive response to our FREE
DVD offer was ask your patience for a few days to get caught up on
emails.
Here is some important info if you got the FREE DVD
WE ship USPS (http://www.usps.com/) First Class for United States Orders
it will take 5-7 days you may get an email with a tracking number
these are preprinted tracking numbers and often will only show when
your postal carrier delivers your DVD so do not panic.
For International orders there is no tracking and it may take up to
14 days so please be patient.
If you choose the DVD Titles Hey Joe or Have You Seen The Rain DVD
we often will get emails stating there is only sound on the main menu.
YOU need to click the lesson name on the DVD submenu and you will
hear full sound on all the lessons.
