Hello everybody! im doing my new home studio and i bought at e-bay the
M-audio key studio midi piano and the Session recording software, and it comes with a little usb adapter so i can plug in a 1/8 audio jacket for in and out.

Also i bought a Behringer Xenyx802 8-input 2-BUS mixer and 1 MXL 990 and MXL 991 Microphone.

Can somebody tell me if mi decision was good? And give some tips for me, im 16 years old and trying to grow up for being a musician.

And sorry about my english. Im mexican.

Kind Regards.

I personally don't know much about the exact setup that you have purchased, but compared to my setup it sounds alot more professional. Hopefully someone that has a home studio will be able to help

We've discussed Session vs Mixcraft vs Others in another thread and I don't think anyone has really tried Sessions software around here. I use a demo of Mixcraft and love it, but I always read about Sessions and would love to give it a try.

Please get back to us with a review!

I use mixcraft, a soundcraft mixer, and an M-Audio expansion on my PC and it works extremely well. I wanted to try sessions but couldnt realy find anybody who had tried it so I went and purchased mixcraft... I have no latency issues either! Ive very happy

Well session its very easy to use, im very new at this and learned too fast, because i think session its for starters at this.
So as i learn more, i will post about this software.

But if you now some about this i would be glad to accept comments and to learn how to configure this out so i can get better quality.
