Can videos 1-4 still be purchased as a set? If so, how much would they be? The links on the main page are bad or at least they wont work for me. A little kid in my neighborhood got a guitar for Christmas and was looking for advice for instruction. I thought it would be good for him to start with those beginner sets.
Thanks,
Daryl

Hi Daryl - thanks for the interest in our products. I just checked and all the dvd links on the home page worked first try for me - maybe there was a glitch when you tried them - click on them now as they are all working. Yes, all our instructional sets are available and the 1-4 set is $99 and comes with a written lesson booklet that coincides with the dvd lessons - check out the 1-4 series here:

Its beginner 4 dvd set with each dvd 2 hours long - so its eight hours of lessons that take you right from the start of your guitar journey.
Let me know if you have any other questions

Hi David. I got the DVD set 1-4 for Christmas. Love em! I noticed in your post above there's a written lesson booklet that comes with the lessons. This was not in the set that I received. It was through an order placed by my mom-in-law. Caswell was the name. Is there any chance of having that sent to me to go along with the DVDs?

Hi, Tim and David! My name is Jim, and I just bought your DVD series 1-12 today. I was checking out the forums, when I came across your note about the YouTube advertisement with the bonus DVDs and the PDF booklets. How can I take advantage of the bonus offers? I don't mind that I didn't get the price break (the $149 price), but I would like to get the bonus stuff, if it's okay with you. Thanks in advance, Jim.

Hi, David and Tim. This is Jim again. I just received my e-mail today that provided the PDF books that I was asking about! I guess I was a little "quick on the draw", and didn't know that you guys were going to do that. Sorry about appearing to be impatient, I just am excited about the prospect of finally learning how to play guitar, and don't want to miss out on anything!
Thanks again for the service that you provide!

David, I just got though working on the stuff in disc 1 of the Beginner Blues DVD set, even though I have been messin around with guitar for a long time, I picked up some really good pointers and practice exersices that I can tell are really going to help me. I am looking forward to working on the rest of the set. Good stuff, well done. EZ

Thanks so much EZ for all your kind words! Most appreciated! We receive a lot of emails from players that even though are more intermediate level still go back and go through the beginner lessons. They tell us that they are amazed at how many holes those lessons fill in their playing and how much they get out of them. Its awesome to hear!
Take care and keep on rocking!

Boy, that's me. (Filling in the gaps) When I started while in the Army stationed in Holland in mid 60's I was taught bar chords by a Dutch soldier. I made my open E using 2,3,4 fingures so my #1 was ready to bar. I knew how to play bar chords 6th and 5th string and no open chords. He would put stickies with the chord on the neck of my guitar and that's how I learned the major bar chords. I was able to jam with him real quick. I just recieved the Guitar Essentials A to Z and I'm starting from scratch. I searched the web and found NLG to be the best (IMO). You guys do it right by making it FUN. I'm learning my open chords correctly now and really enjoy the lessons. Who says an old dog can't learn new tricks. I'll be 63 on my next B-day.
Thanks for putting out such a great product.
