David,

You had mentioned in your email with the link for the string-bending video that you guys were coming out with a 4 dvd blues/rock soloing package. Any estimated release date on that yet?

Peace

Hi - we are just putting the finishing touches on that dvd set and due let me tell you, this dvd set is amazing - I am really stoked about it and we hope to do a pre-release perhaps as early as later this week or early next week. I am working right now on the written lesson booklet that will coincide with the dvd lessons. Much more to come on this but get ready cause this is a killer set for blues and blues rock soloing.

Sounds very cool. Is it all new video lessons, or does it include some of the vids from the site lessons and YouTube vids?

Same question - does the blues rock DVD consist of site material or new material? I'm a full site member so want to see if I already have access to all the material. Thanks.

Hey David,

Just received the DVD's. Looks great but on the DVD's there is reference to printing out a written lesson booklet. Where do I get this - it doesn't appear to be on the DVD's?

Thanks

I ordered the dvd's on monday and they where waiting for me when I got home this afternoon. I did not expect them to arrive that fast. all the way from the other side of the ocean. I have not been able to look at them yet, but I have the whole weekend just for that. :)

It seems that I also did not get the email about the booklet, so I just sent an email about that

Hi - when your dvd order processes you should get an automated email and that email will have the link to the PDF file for the coiciding written lesson booklet. Check you delete or trash files as some internet providers like aol and hotmail have spam filters which send auto responsed straight to your deleted files bin - so that email with the link may be there.
Take care and rock oN!

I have received the booklet from you by email. Thanks for that.

But what email are you referring to?

After ordering I received an email with the subject Information Regarding Your DVD order from Next Level Guitar that described the shipping process, explained the dvd menu navigation, contained a link to the youtube channel and a link to the main site, but no mention of the booklet.

The other email was a confirmation that the order has shipped. It only contains my address and your address and nothing more.

Should there be another email about the booklet? I have not received another mail. Nothing in my deleted items or junk mail folder. The spam filter from my isp is not inactive, so it could not get deleted there.

BTW: wouldn't it be better to use an @nextlevelguitar.com email address instead of @yahoo.com? Most spam filters are very hostile against yahoo and, mostly, for a good reason.

Got the PDF now. Thanks!!!

doctormetal, I was the same; got the Information Regarding Your DVD order from Next Level Guitar email, but nothing regarding the PDF. I emailed Next Level Guitar (mailto:thenextlevelguitar@yahoo.com) yesterday, and was sent the PDF an hour later. Very quick!!

4 DVD Blues lead guitar soloing set

A huge thank you to David Taub and Tim Gilbert for theses DVD's.
As well as Tim'O, Marty Scwartz, Jennifer, and all the crew!

I'm blessed to learn that way and improved my modest skills in guitar playing fieald.
Much more worth than watching telly!

The written lesson booklet comes with the purchase of the 4 DVD set -

Morning David.

I would appreciate the discount info for premium members.

I'm having a blast expanding my guitar knowledge with your lessons. I self-taught from a chord book when I was 15 and am finally moving beyond open chords at age 46! Cadd9 amazed me...how easy...and what a great tone.

I appreciate your product and look forward to more inspiration.

Hi David. What level of experience is needed to make practical use of the Blues DVD set? I'm still working my way through the last part of the beginners section, and my ultimate goal is to learn enough to play some blues style music. Is there anything in the DVD set that would be of use now, or do you suggest that I wait until I get further along?

If it is worth getting the set now, can you send me the info on the discount for premium members?

BTW I'm extremely pleased with the progress that I'm making. Great set of lessons and methodology. It really works!

Hi - thanks for the kind words -so glad that we can help you with your playing and that you like the site - keep up all the ahrd work.

Your goal of playing blues music is totally achievable - keep practicing the right things as per the site and you will get there. If you want to play blues lead guitar then soon you want to go to the intermediate lead section of the site and start working those fingers and your picking and getting them ready for lead guitar. That is where the blues rock soloing dvds take it from pretty much - so you will pretty much be there very soon - I will PM you the discount info for site members on that set.

Keep on rocking!
take care
