Hi, first i apologise if anyone have this thread before
i have been learning to switch from open chords and barre chords, is there any method/ways that can let me improve my speed in changing or any tips?
and also, can anyone suggest some barre chords progression, like from open to barre, open to barre. thanks in advance!

To get better and changing between them: just practice. In the beginning, guitar does not take any natural talent despite what anyone tells you--just practice and hard work. And sometimes that practice can be quite boring and mundane and even unmotivating, but practicing the little things with really help in the long run, even when you aren't motivated to do it. Just practice for 10-15 minutes as a warm up with those little things.
A good some that uses some barre chords and open chords that is also fairly easy and good sounding is "Oh Darlin'" by the Beatles.

Yeah, there is no magic trick.. just practice.. I always picked songs that had Bm bar because it was up on the neck where most of the open chords are... I chose songs that had like one bar chord here and there... I think I played Bryan Adams "Summer of 69" alot.. it followed a D,A, Bm, G .. also Hotel California was a good one for me because it had two bar chords but they were on the same fret... Bm, and F#m I believe...
Just practice practice practice!

try appling a little bit of pressure with your strumming arm pushing a little on the body towards you, it gives you a bit of leverage and makes getting your barr chords a little easier.

I'm having the same problem except in reverse. When I first started I learned to bar chord first. The only open chords I knew were E and Am made with the #2,#3,and #4 fingers so I could move to a bar chord easily. Now I'm learning the open chords correctly so I can embellish them and it ain't easy for me. Playing only 6 & 5 string bar chords and power chords doesn't give much finger training but it did get me playing a lot of songs fast. After a 35+ year lay off I'm starting from scratch. So anyone out there that's new and just starting out make sure you do exactly what is in the lessons. Man, I wish NLG was arround in 1965????
