Help with Video Loops

I was wondering how I can transfer the free video loops David sent to me over to my iTunes just interested in the audio portion of it. I want to then copy it to my iPod to use with my Digitech RP-255 as a loop and play myy leads over the rhythmand bass portion David is playing on his video.
I am a newbie at this so try and explain it in simple terms please. LOL

I use quicktime 7 - Open the video then export to sound to.. You have 3 choices. Hope it helps
