Anyone have any reccomend's to learn how to sight read music? Either online,dvd's,books,etc
By read I'm mean sight reading standard music notation not just guitar tablature.

Using google this (http://www.wikihow.com/Read-Music) was the first hit. It might be a good starting point.

I learned how years ago, I used Mel Bay's beginner guitar books. Available at most music stores. I personally have never really had a use for it. I guess if you were learning classical guitar or composing for several insturments it would be valualbe. But I really haven't used it since learning it
