Ive got a problem with Eb tuning. (7string)

Half step down for my 7string should be:

A#-D#-G#-F#-A#-D#

I have a problem doing an ear test with F#-A#

It sounds off by 1 fret, it sounds fine if I do the sound test on the 4th fret, not the fifth. help?

It's not off. The high B string is normally tuned 4 frets higher than the open G string. Don't ask me why it's 5 frets higher for all the other strings ;)
7 string tuning down a half step should be: A#, D#, G#, C#, F#, A#, D# (noticed you forgot a string there)
