1. Do you get a Capo when you buy a guitar? (if no, please answer the questions below)
2. Where can I get one?
3. How much do they usually cost?

1. They do not come with the guitar, but you can sometimes tell the salesman you will buy the guitar if he throws in a capo, strap and picks.
2. Any music store will have them.
3. They start at about $20.00

they start at about $7 for a wrap around. $20 for a clip on

They go from as low as 7 to up to 20-25€ for the superb ones

I find the clip-on ones (good quality) work well enough, and don't look so clumsy and awkard. I use this one on all my guitars and it works perfectly, though I refrain from anything capo altogether for personal reasons:
