Raising the saddle-height on that string is usually the fix. But sometimes people use this as a quick fix and their actions end up at atmospheric heights.
The first 2 things that should be checked before the saddles are raised is neck-relief and nut-slot depth.
If you have zero relief, or even negative relief(down-bow), your string can buzz from fret contact. The below illustration is from PRS's website. Each manufacturer will have it's suggested clearance but I've found this .010" to work fairly universally. Playing style also impacts relief heights. Some like flatter, some like more bend.

If the string's only getting buzz when played open(non-fretted), it could be the nut is cut too deep on that string. Usually, though, they're cut too shallow at the factory. But a girl I've been teaching got one with the B slot cut too deep recently.

There's also a chance you have a tall fret(s) somewhere and a fret level/dressing is needed.

low e string tends to rattle against the frets when im playin. When I finger pick the intro for Metallica's Nothing Else Matters I get a small buzz on the low E string. That's the only time it ever occurs. The 4 strings used on that E-minor intro just create the right vibe to send that E string into some kind of weird oscillation. And it doesn't happen when I strum an E-minor chord. Just when the e-B-G-E strings are played.
Good luck

I had the same problem with my mex strat, I messed around with it a couple of times
and It still didn’t sound right so I dropped it off at my local guitar shop and for 30 bucks he did a complete setup with new strings, now it sounds great and has a lot better sustain.
I’m not sure what I missed when I tried to do it myself but, for the money it was worth it
