Has there been anything decided on downloading video for viewing when not on the net???

I'm currently still on dial-up connection speed:mad: and large downloads are
s-o s-l-o-w. Would like to have the capability to save video so I wouldn't have to go through the s-l-o-w download process again.

I have a fast connection at work with know problem viewing, but I can't break out the guitar there. If I could save download, I could take lesson downloads from there and work on at home ....if its possible.

I've been told the faster service will be made to my area soon.....but soon is dragging on already! Any tip or ideals?

Hi there - unfortunately we cannot alllow downloads - you know there are a few bad apples out there who would ruin it for everyone and download all our content and then blast it all over the web - then game over. You could get the DVD package and eliminate the need for a computer. DOnt they have DSL or cable modems available in your area?

Dave....I see your point on downloads. It's a shame it has to be like that, maybe in the future a way can be figured out so you will be protected.

DVD is an option, but I thought I'd rather take advantage of a membership to the site. It appears everything on the current DVD is on the site ....plus there appears to be more on the site with the intermediate and advance lessons offerings, in addition to song lessons and jam tracks. And...What I'm hearing you are adding new material and lessons to the site all the time for members to take advantage of. .....even singing lessons! ??

I live in a "rural area" outside a small town and we are always the last to get new or upgraded services. Providers have been promising service soon for our area, but as for now, no. So for now..... s-l-o-w connection is what I have to put up with.
