I just purchased a Pocket Rocket v2 to go along with my Traveler Guitar Speedster. Really happy with the Pocket Rocket v2... now I will not keep my kids up late at night plus you don't need to pack any cords as the unit directly connects to the body.

Went and looked, the larger units kinda reminded me of the old Rockman portable amps from the 80s?

These are supposed to fantastic for compact/travel use. A few more bucks but it does a ton of additional stuff. Built in rhythm machine and a whole lot more.

i've heard great things about this unit. There is another product on the market (can't recall the name) that has similar functions, but includes an MP3 player.
