I know its not really an amp but I need some help for anyone who uses this.

I have a Dell inspiron 6400 with a Sigmatel 9xxx HD audio card, using the Line-in, set by sigmatel control panel, I get no audio at all through my laptop speakers, NOTHING. I am using the L/R RCA audio from guitarport to a RCA-1/8th adapter. I have set the default device to the guitarport.

It works like a charm on my home surround system and desktop computer (using the same cables) I bought this so I can bring my guitar to work without having to lug my amp around.

Any help would be appreciated.

I had to wire mine up a little strange to get it to work. Best suggestion is to double and triple check the way you have it plugged in.

If that doesn't work..check out the line6 forums..there should be a couple of posts on this issue there ;)

Some laptops audio in and out double as the SPDIF in and out and you have to specify in the settings as to which one they are. Not sure if your model is one that has this but it may be worth checking out.
