Concerts in your area

I was just wondering if you guys have any rockbands in or coming to your area?

It was announced on Friday that in July Cheap Trick, Pat Benatar and George Thorogood are coming here to belleville for a 3 night rock concert/party.

This will be the 2nd time we've had headliner bands come here 2 years in a row. Last Year I had the opportunity to see Randy Bachman and Burtton Cummings live here in Belleville.

However I don't know who is coming to our Waterfront Festival later this year. Last year we had Honeymoon Suite Headline our Waterfront Festival.

It's great living in Belleville, we get 2 chances to see bands live(Our Waterfront and the annual Empire Square presents.........). BELLEVILLE ROCKS.

I am about 50 miles north of philly...so going there for concerts was common place...now we have a 10,000 venue built 15 mins from me and we're getting tons of great bands in here every year...i'm a metal head(old school) so the bands that we get are bands i liked as a kid and still like...last summer we had Motley Crue, Pat Penatar, zz top, 2 summers ago we had a rock festival one weekend ratt, quite riot, fire house and cinderella one night then dream theather, slaughter and two other bands i don't remember...the following week...we also had def lepperd, skynard, 38 special...and styx...it may not sound like much and the newer more popular acts need a bigger venue...but we had nothing here when i was growing up...so to me this is amazing...and i can be home 15 mins after it ends....so i'm happy...lol

I am 30 minutes away from Gibson's MAIN headquarters and 25 away from the Gibson custom shop plant. Occasionally they through concerts and I get in free due to my dad working beside it above a hill. :D
I would have some concerts to post but Live Nation (you still suck Live Nation!) shut down the main concert area, Starwood Amphitheatre so now I have to go to 'Gaylord' and there the sound quality is horrible.

I would like to see G3. (I believe that is whats its called).

Lol well I live in Fort McMurray Alberta.. not much comes through here. Last year we had Nazareth which was a great concert.. but it's Edmonton that gets all the good concerts so we drive out. I'm seeing B.B. King in May, Clapton's coming on the 29th I think, and I was going to go see Halen before they cancelled the tour, but if Rush comes through on their tour im gonna be ther for that too :)

The Red Hot Chili Peppers were at the Wachovia center around December(i think) at the Wachovia Center near Philly, but i missed them.

I was lucky to see Simon and garfunkel at the colloseum in Rome a few years back. One of about 600 000 fans. Biggest concert Ive ever been to. Living in Australia we dont get a great deal when it comes to big acts, although the RHCP are coming soon.

I live in Red Deer, Alberta... Motley Crue was here like a year ago? i think, i think Wolfmother is comming to Edmonton ( not sure if many people know of them?) Oh and yes, who could forget Nazereth :)

Wolfmother the good ol' upcomin Aussie band? Yea they have a couple of good songs. If you go see them, I hope you have a rockin time!

Sydney area we have a couple of shows coming up. Not sure who's here this month but I do know Bloc Party are in August (tickets sold out in 30mins :( ) and Dragonforce in May (maybe going to that)

Im in baltimore, so theres concerts here constantly, not to mention one of the stops of the ozzfest tour.

Saw BLS this past saturday, and just picked up tickets to see Joe Satriani, John Petrucci, and Paul Gilbert on the 1st of april
