Regarding logging into the premium section of the site we found the firefox web browser works best it is free

there are occasionally issue with IE Internet Explorer
Plus we upgraded the server Tuesday so some accounts got corrupted
Email me with your paypal account name and user ID and I will send you a temporary log in to get you started so you can keep rocking
