Stolen Guitar

Hey all...just got a message from a bud who had his guitar stolen the other day.
They took his takamine tan16c serial no 06090727 from the dressing room at L'osmose. If anyone see's or hears anything..please PM me so I can let Steve know.

That is weird...must just be a random shipping setup!?
You'd think similar serial numbers would show up in the same areas.

well not really, when I bought my BC Rich in 1986 the serial number on my guitar is 4094 and I found out that the sisters to mine 4093 was purchased in Arizona and 4095 was purchased in Sacramento CA. So I guess when they ship guitars they don't necessarily ship them with matching serials in bundles.
To this day I haven't been abale to find out anymore about the guitar I have all I know is that the serials started at 4090 and ended at 4150 for the series I have. I am happy to have number 5 of the series.

I had a buddy who played a show at a small venue. When his set was done he put his equipment back into his van, locked it, and watched the rest of the show. When he came back his window had been smashed and his guitar was gone. Pretty sad what people will do.

Yep that's all it takes is for one person to see you putting it somewhere and then you walk away from it. Remember locks are for honest people lol.
