Schecter info for you from novice..

I've got a Schecter C-1 Artist series. It's set neck, 24 3/4 scale, 24 fret, tone pros bridge, grover tuners, and US made Seymour Duncan pups, JB at the bridge and 59 at the neck with 5 way switching.

This thing freaking rocks. You really need to consider it if you're in the 500 buck price range. Schecter doesn't show this particular model on the site anymore (got mine used) but MF still has some. I'd jump on one before they're gone.

I'm definately a Schecter convert now. Here's a pic, but I didn't have time to clean it up.

i'm also impressed by schecters.

a friend of mine has a c-1 with the rose going up the fretboard. i was impressed by the sound, and feel of the guitar. the quality of the guitar was insane for what he paid for it.

for the serious beginner, i don't think there is a better guitar on the market. i would've actually gotten one, but i got a small bonus at work right before i went out to buy and so i ended up with my american telecaster.

but i've been telling everyone i know about schecters.

I've got a C-1+ and love it. It has Duncan designed Pick ups and a great tone/ sound. Love it ,Love it ,Love it

I love my C-1+. I have to agree Blewbyou, great tone from this guitar. So glad I picked this one!

I have a schecter Damien FR comes with EMG H4 pickups, I really want a She-Devil. Played one acouple weeks ago and fell in love with it. Friend of mine has a C-1 and it sounds killer.

Congrats on the new axe. I was very torn between the schecters and the Ibanez sz520. I got the Ibanez and love it too. Love that axe. Good purchase bud.
