Sup Dudes,
I've already PM'd Whiskey about this but thought it might be helpful on here too. I paid for a monthly subscription on saturday and last message I recieved was that I would be sent an email with login instructions. I haven't been sent any emails yet so I would be very grateful if someone could sort it out for me, maybe send me an email with correct login details etc
My username is : Paranoid Android07 and its a monthly subscription

I had this same problem and if you do a search in the forums, you'll see tim has already answered this. If you don't recieve any email, just try logging in and it should work.

Thats the problem, it doesn't work when I log in. I tried using the New Password option when finding out my original one didn't work but I haven't recieved any emails about a new password so... :confused:

Damn this has taught me always to read past posts about problems before taking any action. The reset password doesn't work so I guess i've made things worse :rolleyes: Sorry :o

just a quick note, I could be wrong, but I don't think whiskey has control of that part. This is completely sepearte from www.nextlevelguitar.com. I would say the person to PM would be Tim or you could email him if you wanted.

I had the same problem, I thinks it's a delay in the payment processing that causes it. give em a little time and one of the senior mods will probably get you a temp id and password till the other one kicks in

Well i've PM'ed both Whiskey and David to cover all of my bases and i hope someone will sort the same problem out for me ASAP, one of the reasons i bought it was because tonight and tomorrow i have lots of free time in work to hammer through some of these lessons.

I already PM'ed you with your temporary password and the issue was passed to the tech department. I would imagine you'll be fixed up sometime today.
