Any Pink Floyd would be fine for me, they have always been one of my favorites. I agree, I think Wish Your Were Here would be a great choice.

I've been working on this too. I've got the notes and chords down, but would like to see the strumming.

There is an awesome lesson on "wish you were here" at guitarnoise.com but maybe Dave could explain it better.

that lesson from guitarnoise is aweful at best. the best thing u can do is just look up the chords on tabpower.com because they are timed out right and just spend a lot of time trying to find the right strum. its something like a few quick strums then a few slow then a few quick changing chords everytime.

another vote for wish you were here.
And another vote from me. I've got the intro and chords down OK, but could do with some help on the infill "solos" just to fill it out. Fab song, a real classic. Always have trouble remembering the words though!

'Wish you were here' on the acoustic please!

Yeah man, wish you were here would be great, but i think we also need some other floyd songs too like in the flesh, young lust, money, shine on, time (one of my favorites), your possible pasts, thin ice, lucifer sam, brain damage/eclipse, or some crazy songs like interstellar overdrive, astonomy domine, or take up thy stethoscope and walk, and last but not least comfortably numb (for those who want it).
