Christian Worship Music

Hey,
I dont know if anyone else here is a christian, but i am, and one of the main reasons i want to play guitar is to be able to play worship music. The problem is there is not as many resources for learning these songs as there is for regular rock songs.This site is great, but i only wish there was one like this that did religous songs. If anyone knows of any resources (youtube vids, websites, whatever) that would help me learn how to play these songs i would appreciate it.

This has always been the most religious rock song I ever heard. Heavy on the gain. I love this song and the heavy gained guitar.

Wow, You ought to check out some of his stuff, you will be blown away.
He used to play with Kanas and then started a hard rock/metal band called Mastodon and now he does music like Jermey Camp and casting Crowns etc..
very good messages in his music, he's annointed thats for sure

Larry norman is a great christian artist he is accredited with being the first to do christian rock. Google him you can also google larry norman tab and get a few sites. He isn't just an amped up hymn he is a Rock star that sings stuff we all as humans can relate to. Rock on.

Petra early 80' ahh the memories. Yea they are still around. The best way to find that stuff in my onpinion is to just do a google search for petra tab or the song tab. I used to go to a couple of tab sites but my kid sis said this way gives you a lot more results. What do ya know the kid is right. Even though she isn't really a kid anymore. haha
