I just bought a new 60th anniversary strat a couple days ago and man can it play, I got the guitar and headed straight off to my lesson and came to get it set up later, they adjusted the action and lowered the bridge and switched the strings. But now my G string buzzes on every fret, and its only that one string that buzzes. Any ideas on how to fix it?

well you could either try using a lower gauge strings becuse there thinner or just traise the bridge just a little bit i would recommend going into your nearest guitar shop and ask them to just the raise the bridge a couple milimetres or until it stops buzzing hope it helped

If you just bought it a couple of days ago take it back to where you bought it and let them fix it. It's the least they can do seeing as you spent your hard earned dollars there.

Yep......I 3rd Blew's motion. Zep is right though. That is all that should need to be done. If they set it up with those strings on it they didn't do a very good job if a string buzzez on every fret

I agree take it back, I took mine back today, they were messing around with the tuss rod, it still sounded crap vibration harmonics so I said right thats it whats fenders gaurantee because its a week old and im not happy I want another one, they only had a hss fat strat in the red, I played it the neck felt smoother on the edges and no buzzing on the E and A string so I said I want this instead, they insisted they could get it right so I said look if I buysomething new I expect it to work right off the peg so im taking this one,I might prefer it with a humbucker.

That is a great point!!! But keep this in mind,... A new guitar is not always a properly setup guitar!
