I have been subscribing on a month to month basis, my last subscription ran out on the 2nd of April, I was away on holiday so I was unable to renew my account until today. Everything went through ok, except that when I logged on I noticed that it said that my subscription runs out on the 2nd of May, that would mean that I would have paid for a month but only been given access for 2 weeks. I was just wondering if it would be possible to sort this out.
