Just Threw a set of these into my MIM Strat and they sound great. I tried em out side by side with the Fat 50's the 57/62's and the Vintage series (which cost about the same as the SCN). The Samarium Cobalts hold up even to the originals although you can never really reproduce the old vintage ones:) (unless you wanna pay 2,000 a pickup:p ) . Anyways if anyone is looking to upgrade your guitar it makes a world of differance to throw a set of these in there....And they are noiseless. Will only run you about 170$ as well.
