Does anyone know how to contact Fender?

I recently took my guitar in to have my it set-up. I went from 9's to 10 guage strings. The guitar tech said I had some frets that were a little high compared to the others. So, he straightened that out. He then said he noticed that after the 14th fret on up to the 24th fret that my fret board was a little raised. He said this was causing him a little trouble getting the action as low as he would like.

What types of problems would this raised part of the fretboard cause in the run? Just action trouble? I would like to see if Fender will take care of it. I went to the website but I dont' see a place as to where to contact Fender. I really like my guitar and want it to perform correctly.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks all,

Trill

Well one thing is the strings may buzz when fretted or open. Also on the lower frets you can get this awfull buzey tawing sound. So I would get it fixed or get a new Guitar.

He only noticed the raised fingerboard AFTER he did fretwork??? That my friend should have been the very first thing he noticed. He should have also brought that to your attention BEFORE any fretwork was done. Holy cow! What a poor way of doing business. I think he DID notice the raised fingerboard but wanted to get as much out of you as he could.
