Brian...yo philly. sounded good...right in time with the song...i can't see where your pick selector switch is...but i would use the neck or neck/middle p/u's to give yourself a fuller more acoustic sound, more like the song.

:D , heres a funny story, when i first started a couple months ago i didn't really know anything about guitars, and i bought a first act guitar, one pick up. But it was a good decision, cause its getting all beat up and scratched, i might as well use the first act as the guiny pig instead of the les paul im getting in the summer :D .

Thanks for the feedback, i appreciate it

Sounded really good. I agree with Mitch about the pickups. Other than that it rocks.

So where are you going to get the L/P Sam Ash or Guitar Center?...both are a big boy candy store. But Sam Ash in philly is running a "buy it now, don't pay till next year" sale this weekend. I was thinking maybe a good time for me to get my L/P too.

I was thinking about guitar center in cherry hill, haven't really been to sam ash, but im gonna have all the cash up front, got a new 3 months job until the end of my senior year, i figure ill have enough to pick it up on the spot.

Have you ever been to Georges music? thats where im going to get my pedals from, when i decide on which one.

Georges music used to have a store on disney proplerty. They had a lot of really high end stuff and some starter kits. It was a neet store but I'm sure it was all Disneys layout and such. They weren't the best priced either. SamAsh and Guitar Center are much better in that regaurd. Remember it was on Disney property so I'm sure it was a one of a kind Georges music.

Yea, they are alittle expensive, but they got some good deals, for example, the boss overdrive pedal usually about 69$, is only 39$, so they have some ok deals every once in a while.

Plus i like that there pedals are on the ground, in guitar center you have to punch them in stead of stomping them haha.

Guitar Center's #1

Hey it might be me but the intro sounded good but at like 38 seconds it sounded a little off, it sounded either to slow or the timing was a hair off. still was definitely recognizeable though, and the little solo in the beginning is fun and easy you should work on that in your free time, and maybe use the neck pickup for a deeper tone for the acoustic feel, but cool video over all, keep rocking practicing, and posting

Thanks earnie, unfortunetly, cheap guitar, one pickup only. But yeah i know what you mean, that was my first take after watching the lesson for the chords, and i did slip up allitte, hit the muted string that had to jump back into the song, did it a few times haha, and i am workin on the solo, got the first half of the intro one.
