Help finding an exercise video

I was reading 'Finger Exercises to improve picking, finger dexterity, speed, and precision' in written lessons and it mentions that there is a video that goes with this, but for the life of me i can't find it. Can anyone help me please?

you got to bare in mind just because there is a video dont mean you will grasp it easier!!!! if you can pick it up from just the writing then you can tell you truly understand what your being told to do...but everyone learns in different ways dude and be happy whatever way helps you learn best you go for that way!!!!
