What is the difference if any between a Spanish guitar ,a classical guitar and a Flamenco guitar could someone help me out? I don't play any of these but would like to know if ever I'm asked. Then I'll know just enough to be dangerous.:D

I really don't think there is any difference, I bought my guitar in Spain and on the box it says classical guitar but the people in the guitar shop called it a spanish guitar. I call it a classical, people who play spanish music call it spanish or flamenco.

A Flamenco guitar is lighter and smaller than a classical guitar. THey also have pick guards. Classicals don't. Classical guitars use nylon or gut strings.
As far as the Spanish part ... i think both are usually made of spanish woods like cedar and cypruss and spruce.
