My wife bought this for me new this past father's day. It is just too much amp for me. I haven't even put the volume above 2. If you don't know already it is a 40 Watt 1x12 tube amp. Its got plenty of volume and punch for gigs (which I don't do, but if I did this would be the one) and has a really nice clean channel and more than adequate gain channel. The presence and reverb controls provide a nice amount of depth and texture. It comes with all documentation, two button foot-switch (which I've never plugged in) and cover. I've not registered it with fender either so if the someone were to send it in....well you know. Anyway this is really an awesome amp and I really hate to sell it but it is just to powerful for my needs. Asking $525, you will find it to be in excellent condition. Once i took it out of the box it has had its cover on it except for the handful of times i've turned it on. PM me and we can go from there.

they are great amps, I had one myself and ran into the same problem for a bedroom musician I rarly had it up of 1.5, I ended up trading it in and got the Blues Jr. which has the same tone and a great spring reverb. In trade I only ended up getting about $400 for it, but when I checked ebay and stuff, I decided that the amount extra I would have gotten for it did not make up for the hassle that I was going to have to do with packing shipping, paying ebay and paypal ect.... I would still highly recommend that amp to people, but it was just way more amp than I needed. I could have saved a couple hundred bucks if I would have known my needs before buying :)

I'd love the Fender but I to have the same problem with the volume. I have a 45 watt Peavey tube amp and it's way to loud for my office I never get it above 1.If I knew then what I know now I would have bought a 10-15 watt amp. So now I have purchased a 1 watt Boutique amp http://www.redironamps.com/ I bought the Lil' Mo' to plug into my speaker cab.

Good luck with the sale I feel your pain.
