EMG rocking?

Hey finally purchased my Hellraiser! (Very awesome piece BTW!) Anyways. This is my first with EMG humbuckers, and I have noticed that both the 81 and 85 rock back and fourth if you touch them. Is this normal? Thanks guys.

hey man! i dun have emg humbuckers but the humbuckers i have on my 2 guitars (gibson and epi) rock back and forward just like urs and sum of my friends with burstbucker pickups move as well so i think its nothing to worry about :). haha anyways i hope ive helped u out a bit. hope ur havin fun with ur guitar :).

your pickups are normal, they are usally mounted with small springs behind them so that they can be adj up or down and maintain pressure on the mounting screws.
