Changin the action on my Epiphone Les Paul Special II

The action can be changed down at the bridge (dunno if it's like that on all guitars, but mine works that way), now, there are two screws, one down by the high E and one up at the low E. My low e has been reaaly annoying lately as it has been causing alot of buzz, but none of the other strings have done it. So I'm wondering if i can raise the bridge and action at only the low E side, or do I have to change the action for all the strings an raise it at the high E string as well?

Any one with experience of that?

You can change either side. Just take your time..and make Small adjustments then recheck.
