I think you are comming along pretty well on the song. If I may put a suggestion in though =)... I see alot of people playing this song using power chords. To me that doesnt sound right and I play it with full bar chords. Using the bar chords sounds much closer and sweeter to the ears to me. Thats just me though.

I'd have to agree the second take was better. Nice work! Are you going to work on the solo, piece the song together and do a full video? That would be awesome. Keep at it sounds good

good job..i'm with blew...i hope you piece it all together and do a vid!!!...when i play this song i use full barre chords as Scott mentioned...it really fills it out nicely, especially when you have to hold on the first chord for so many bars, also try a little palm muting on the up stroke...your not playing it wrong at all..these tips are just away of getting more expression into the song....but it looked/sounded great and you have the timing for it so your well on your way...let's see some more

I don't think they are using barre chords when they playing it. I've tried to play it that way, but it sounds a litte odd to me...
