This is an interesting guitar. It has Squier Series on the headstock but it is a made in Mexico guitar. Apparently, in the 90's they were making them at the Mexico plant with MIM Fender bodies before moving the operation to the east. They are somewhat rare but turn up every once in a while. It plays and sounds great. It has a beautiful maple neck and never, never goes out of tune. It is a great little guitar as is or makes a great platform for modifying.

It is in great shape other than the fact that it needs a new nut. It has a chip in the low E slot. I have been playing like that and it doesnt bother me but it should be changes. The guy at the shop quoted me $35 to do it but I havent had time to take it in since.

I am including a hard shell case. It is a older case with some scratches and character but it is sturdy and does the job. The inside design doesnt fit the guitar body but the previous owner cut out some foam and it works like a champ. I have always meant to cut out some new, nicer looking foam but never did.

Anyway, I am looking for $200 shipped.

it does look really nice, I will give it some serious thought, I just don't know how to break it to the wife, since I bought two new guitars last week. But let me sleep on it. Maybe I can tell her that Blew gave it to be for just the shipping cost :)

If you would be interested in a trade, I have several good tab books, a Darelectro D-2 overdrive(new in box) and some really good blues learning video cds that I could copy and send ya.

I also have stuff to trade if you are interested. A nice acoustic, a wooden body resonator guitar, Kustom 15 watt amp(nice amp), First Act bass guitar,Boss pedals or an Ibanez Talman acoustic electric guitar.

Let me know.

I want a G&L but cant decide yet between an ASAT and Legacy HB. My wife kind of surprised me today and asked why I was selling it. So, it is possible that I will keep it but I cant seem to decide that either. If I decide I want the asat, then I wouldnt keep this tele. I am going to try to play both next week so I can decide.

As for trades, I really only want a new g&l so I would be open to that kind of trade.

And ez, dont get me involved with telling the wife stories man. I stay in enough trouble as it is.

G&L's are awesome guitars, once you try them out you will probably be hooked. I have had a couple of them over the years and they are really nice.

PS, I joke around alot but my wife really is pretty understanding, she even likes hearing me play and has never bitc... or complained about my guitars or toys.
