I'm looking for a four string bass. I'm not really sure exactly what kind of bass I want, but I know I'm not really interested in a P or J-style bass. I'd really like a good neck-thru with a mahogany/walnut neck, but I'll look at everything.
I have the guitar for sale in this forum for $650, and they go for anywhere up to $800-$1,000 on ebay. It's a USA made G&L ASAT Classic. Very beautiful pearl white finish with birdseye maple neck and fingerboard. The guitar is very clean with no major knicks or dents. Comes with hardshell Gator case.
I am willing to trade for a bass of relative equal value, or possibly a full rig with bass and amplifier if both guitar and amp are of decent quality. I'm not interested in Squiers, Tributes, or low-end models from the other manufacturers. Thanks for looking!
