Question for Customers/Members: Has anyone bought this DVD? How would you rate it? What is covered?

Question for Dave/Time: Are you planning on doing a vol. 2 and maybe even a vol. 3? Are you waiting to see how many people buy the first one before making a decision? (Here's my situation: I'm not a beginner but have trouble forcing myself to learn from books (even one's with cd's). I really like your teaching on the DVD's. Would consider buying something like this but only if there will be one or two more DVD's that will get a little more in-depth, as the first one is probably too beginner-level for me).

Just curious, Thanks.

Peace. :)

The movie is down so I don't know what is on the DVD. The text is the same text they use for all the other DVDs and it doesn't tell you a thing about this DVD. Went to Metacafe but didn't see the video there either.

Whaz up wid dat?

If you are talking about the beginner blues DVD that includes the La Grange rhythm, I just received it as part of the 7 DVD package.

I would say it is on a basic level but has something for the beginner up to intermediate players. If you are a beginner, you would come away understanding the structure of the 12 bar blues. If you are intermediate but havent spent the time to get proficient at playing blues rhythm, you could get proficient at the basics and add some flair. The La Grange part is very classic David.

I'll tell you what else, the tone Jennifer is getting from that Parker is sweet. I'd love to know what she is playing through. The tone is really thick for single coils. I am not familiar with that guitar so maybe they are stacked or something but that is some thick juicy tone.
