I need help with my home studio.......

I have a Zoom 16 Track, and its really messed up, I turn it on and then it says InternalHDD err. Do I need to take it into a shop to get it fixed or is there some way I could fix it?

Can't you try contacting Zoom's customer service? Is your product under warranty?

Is there a reset on it ? or can it be reset somehow? Did you check their website for troubleshooting?
