I've got the Spider III 30w, and I am trying to figure out the tone for Californication by the Red Hot Chili Peppers. If anybody can help me out I'd really appreciate it.

i don't have one but i was wondering is it good? i was thinking on buying the 120:confused:

oh yeah, it's excellent. And with the 120, they give you software so that you can create and download tunes onto your amp. Then you just set a preset number 1-400, and anytime you wanna hear the tone that you set, just type it in.
A friend of mine just got a line 6 spider III 150 watt head with a marshall stack. WOW. It is amazing

yeah, i got the 30 watt, and i really wished I would have gone with the 75.

hey dude i have the same amp and for that song by RHCP i play it on the clean channel and it sounds really good with that extra reverb.

i actually just figure it out. play it on clean with reverb and on your bridge pickup
