How to upgrade membership?

How do I upgrade from monthly to a 1year membership? I don't see any account or subscription options under the User Menu:

one more you may want them to work on is i notice on longer videos say over 10 mins. and you try to go to the next video.. you loss your user ID and password.. and you'll have to log back in.. must be an idle time or something.. i find it a pain .. Rock ON!!!

I am having problems upgrading as well!
I'm currently a free non-member with limited site access.
I would like to upgrade to free member status having unlimited access to site.

Could you resolve, I have emailed my request to Dave but no response.
