I saw this the other day. Whatever. I guess Dave and Tim may be technically circumventing YouTube's rules, (I don't know if their first account got suspended), but does it matter at the end of the day? They didn't make their old account to put up copyrighted stuff, and they didn't make their new account to KEEP putting up copyrighted stuff. Basically, that's what the rule is for. And really, they're doing us all a great service, so as far as I'm concerned, Youtube's rules don't mean jack here.
