No written materials
Hi David
I'm working through the Rock Blues dvd and I'm really enjoying the way you and tim guide us though these courses. However, I have non of the written material you refer to. Was I supposed to receive these with the dvds?

Hi - yes, you should have received a link through an email when you first bought the dvd set that had the written lessons - PM me your regular email address and I will send you the booklet. keep up all the hard work and keep on rocking.

Hi David , i too didn't get the booklet with the rock blues dvd set, and I cant use the ask david space. is this a different password from the one I log in?
